摘要: Photodiode-based chemiluminometric biosensors for hydrogen peroxide and L-lysine were developed. The sensors used in a flow injection set-up to determine lysine. Hydrogen could be measured with detection limit of 10−6 M. Lysine determinations performed lysine oxidase / microbial peroxidase membrane range between 5 μM 10 mM
