摘要: We studied the production of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G- CSF), granulocyte-macrophage (GM-CSF), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) by stromal cells from 33 patients with aplastic anemia (AA). Complete, confluent layers were produced 29 samples using long-term bone marrow culture (LTBMC) system. The concentration G-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-6 in media or without interleukin-1 (IL-1) stimulation was determined an enzyme- linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA). spontaneous G- CSF, did not differ significantly between normal controls AA. ability to release three hematopoietic growth factors response IL-1 either elevated all but one patient. also change before after antilymphocyte globulin (ALG) therapy 16 There no correlation these cytokines ALG. In contrast previous studies that showed a defect AA, results indicated
