摘要: IL-1 is a family of polypeptides which play critical role in the inflammatory response. Characteristics this response include an enhanced release bone marrow neutrophils, activation circulating and tissue-phase phagocytes, production neutrophils monocytes. We have sought to understand hematopoietic acute chronic states on cellular molecular level. Colony-stimulating factors (CSFs) are glycoproteins involved monocytes vitro vivo. found that quiescent dermal fibroblasts constitutively granulocyte-macrophage CSF (GM-CSF), granulocyte (G-CSF), macrophage culture, picomolar concentrations mediator stimulate by at least fivefold transcription GM-CSF G-CSF. These findings establish inflammation through stimulation
