摘要: It is evident that hepatic fibrogenesis a complex process involving cascade of cytokines which interact to enhance the expression ECM. Cytokines involved early in this may serve as proinflammatory agents or stimulators macrophage and Ito cell activation proliferation, while those later be directly fibrogenic. Furthermore, we speculate balance between profibrogenic antifibrogenic normally exists but presence insults, relative superabundance fibrogenic factors promotes development liver fibrosis. To date, most evidence supporting role for fibrosis has been obtained inin vitro systems animal models. We now need extend these findings man order determine whether similar important pathologic man. Further delineation (as well other soluble factors), mechanisms by they act, are critical our more rational forms therapy
