摘要: Introduction: In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in non-invasive imaging techniques clinical and investigational dermatology. Besides the growing number of biophysical methods for assessment skin properties, novel tools have emerged classical are substantially improved. Areas covered: This review focuses on well established some most promising application dermatology cutaneous research. These comprise dermoscopy, sonography, confocal microscopy, multiphoton tomography optical coherence tomography. Non-invasive presented concerning their functional principles, history development current research application. Advantages limitations each discussed. Expert opinion: Available show substantial differences opportunities, potential applicab...
