摘要: Malignant schwannoma of the small intestine is rare and diagnosis often late. Histologic distinction from fibrosarcoma leiomyosarcoma may require electron microscopy. Remission after chemotherapy has been reported, but without controlled studies. 5-year survival rate unknown. Two cases are presented.
