摘要: There is a growing recognition that the coordinated timing of behavioral, physiologic, and metabolic circadian rhythms requirement for healthy body mind. In mammals, primary oscillator hypothalamic suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), which responsible coordination throughout organism. Temporal homeostasis recognized as complex interplay between rhythmic clock gene expression in brain regions outside SCN peripheral organs. Abnormalities this intricate orchestration may alter sleep patterns contribute to pathophysiology affective disorders.
