摘要: ABSTRACTHow do general practitioners manage looking up information on patients’ computer records while also interacting with them? Recordings of 52 naturally occurring practice consultations in Denmark show doctors turning toward their computers (a) without any kind explanation, (b) accompanied an explicit explanation the upcoming reading, or (c) by a question to patient that simultaneously serves as allusion what they are for. Doctors’ explanations may be used suspend verbal interaction patient, whereas alluding questions consultation continuing interaction. Data Danish English translation.
