摘要: This paper presents a study of the relationship between detonation velocities, D, and relative explosive strength (RS) fortified W/O emulsion explosives, on one hand, grain size quality demilitarized TNT used for this fortification, other. It has been found that having below 400 μm could give acceptable results both in terms initiation velocity RS values. Demilitarized TNT, however, is not reliable sensitizer even micronized state, therefore using necessitates simultaneous sensitizing final with microballoons it no significantly better influence performance resulting explosives. The small-scale cook-off test such mixture by 50% wt. shown relatively safe explosive.
