摘要: The studies reported here were undertaken to assess the ability of outer membrane proteins (OMPs) Salmonella typhi induce a humoral immune response in humans with typhoid fever. OMPs isolated nonionic detergent Triton X-100 and found be contaminated approximately 4% lipopolysaccharide. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis patterns showed protein bands molecular size ranges from 17 70 kilodaltons; major groups those that correspond porins OmpA gram-negative bacteria. Rabbit antiserum or S. recognized after absorption Sera patients fever contained immunoglobulin M antibodies which reacted 28 kilodaltons G mainly porins, as determined by immunoblotting. These results indicate are immunogenic induced infection could related protective status.
