A Comparison of Drogue and GEK Measurements in Deep Water1

摘要: Two series of current measurements made with GEK and drogues are shown to agree closely, not only in the averaged results three days’ data, but short-period variations about mean. The measured probably too large be ordinary tide, possibility their being orbital velocities internal waves is discussed.
