摘要: Fibromyalgia is a syndrome characterized by chronic widespread pain, stiffness, nonrestorative sleep, fatigue, and comorbid conditions. Recognition of the condition its associated medications challenges, along with knowledge treatment modifications precautions in drug prescription, can ensure safe effective delivery oral health care fibromyalgia patients. The everevolving research into makes it necessary for provider to be informed about current state literature standards regarding management This article reviews epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, clinical presentation fibromyalgia, as well therapeutic advances. Also highlighted are issues that important provider, including orofacial manifestations considerations patients fibromyalgia.
