摘要: Abstract An N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase has been purified over 1,000-fold from human plasma of blood group A individuals. The enzyme catalyzes the transfer N-acetylgalactosamine UDP-N-acetylgalactosamine only to glycoprotein and oligosaccharide acceptors which have H activity. Using O-α-l-fucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-O-β-d-galactopyranosyl-(1 4)-d-glucopyranose (2'-fucosyllactose) as acceptor, product formed co-chromatographed with an authentic produced 2'-fucosyllactose. Km value for was 4.6 x 10-5 m 2'-fucosyllactose 9 m. a molecular weight between 80,000 95,000.
