摘要: Abstract : Alkaline borohydride produces fragments frnm blood group substances, some of which appear to contain the entire antigenic determinants. From immunochemical and analytical properties these partially purified possible structures for determinants were suggested. For example, A3 was thought be a hexa or hepta-saccharide consisting 1 mole each N-acetyl-D-galactosamine, D-galactose, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, 2 moles L-fucose, reduced end group. Some fractions have now been further action alkaline on hog mucin (A+H) substance studied. A fucose containing oligosaccharide obtained from substance. (Author)
