摘要: In Chapter 4 it was shown that muscle requires oxygen for the continued generation of ATP from metabolism to enable contraction. This is delivered lungs skeletal muscles via cardiovascular system (i.e. heart and blood vessels). chapter divided into two sections, A, dealing with responses exercise, B, examining respiration during exercise. The involvement autonomic nervous in their control also discussed.
