摘要: In this Letter, an ultrasonic method for the synthesis of CuInS2 nanostructure with use no surfactants is described. This facile and provides appropriate condition preparation structures various morphologies. study, effect different parameters such as type sulphur sources, concentration precursors, time power irradiation on morphology particle size were studied. The results indicated that source plays important role in CuInS2. synthesised materials characterised by means X-ray diffraction, energy-dispersive analysis, scanning electron microscopy, transmission infrared spectrum photoluminescence spectroscopy. nanoparticles obtained after calcinations products at 350°C. are discussed detail.
