摘要: OBJECTIVE This study explored the relationship between functional skills of clients with severe mental disorder and benefits to client society as reflected by residential vocational status, self-efficacy, self-esteem, life satisfaction. METHODS Relationships various outcome variables demographic clinical characteristics staff ratings 139 at three psychosocial rehabilitation programs for adults disorders were analyzed using correlational techniques. The considered clients' level independence in their settings levels satisfaction life. RESULTS Ratings correlated positively but unrelated self-esteem Age, education, work hospitalization history, psychiatric diagnosis, length program membership also related these measures. Skill remained strongest predictor status after diagnostic factors controlled for. CONCLUSIONS Clients' have a strong, positive independence, skill is better than are variables.
