Prediction of vocational outcome based on clinical and demographic indicators among vocationally ready clients.

摘要: This study examined the clinical and demographic correlates of work skills vocational outcome for persons with psychiatric disabilities. The same clinical, demographic, skills, instruments were administered to 275 working toward their goals at three psychosocial rehabilitation centers. Data regarding outcomes collected quarterly over a period 3 1/4 years. Using multivariate statistical techniques, variables that predict future identified. implications findings program administrators, system planners, researchers are discussed.
