摘要: The study was designed to determine whether the onset of action pancuronium in infants and children could be accelerated by its administration divided doses. Sixty paediatric patients (0–1 yr (n = 20); 1–3 3–10 20)) were studied during nitrous oxide-oxygenhalothane anaesthesia using train-of-four stimulation, results compared with data obtained previously adults. time correlated patient’s age, an additional, small acceleration produced following doses which did not alter duration or pattern neuromuscular blockade. It concluded that, children, are unlikely offer important clinical advantages.
