摘要: A Estrategia Saude da Familia visa atividades de promocao, prevencao, recuperacao saude entendo a familia como foro privilegiado para implementacao um conceito ampliado. Nesse contexto, as doencas cronicas nao transmissiveis, hipertensao arterial sistemica e o diabetes mellitus, que configuram problema mundial com implicacoes pessoais repercussoes sociais, devem ser devidamente abordadas pela Familia. Esse estudo natureza exploratoria, abordagem qualitativa teve objetivo identificar percepcoes pacientes portadores e/ou assistidos por Nucleo uma cidade do interior paulista, sobre quadro clinico, influencia estado emocional fatores melhoria saude. Sessenta sete foram entrevistados. maioria das verbalizacoes os sintomas inclui relatos dores, taquicardia, tontura, dificuldade visao problemas digestivos. Sobre aspectos emocionais mostraram reunir duas verbalizacoes, associando sintomatologia nervosismo ansiedade. Quando questionados identificacao alteracoes relacionadas DM, dos descreveu fraqueza, sudorese, visao, dores na cabeca nas pernas tontura. Tambem aqui associaram influente nervosismo, seguido tristeza. Em geral, referiram contam opcoes lazer, referindo visitas familiares mais comumente realizada, ainda identificassem fator protecao, bem estrategias enfrentamento questoes fisiologicas. ABSTRACT - The Health Family Strategy aims the promotion, prevention and recovery of health understands family privileged forum for implementation an expanded concept health.
