Governmentality, subject-building, and the discourses and practices of devolution in the UK

摘要: This paper uses a Foucauldian governmentality framework to analyse and interrogate the discourses strategies adopted by state sections of business community in their attempts shape influence emerging agendas governance post-devolution Scotland.
