摘要: This paper gives an overview of models which can be used to analyse regional development as well design policies and strategies for the future regions localities. It evaluates analytical policy relevance these models, offers some recommendations a more structural realist approach spatial analysis. Section 1 provides Territorial Innovation Models (TIM) ­ theorising local from New Regionalism point view - explains why they fall short `realist' analysis, strategy design. 2 then makes plea return `old' institutionalist structuralist tradition analysis (German Historical School, Gunnar Myrdal, Francois Perroux, Alain Lipietz, etc.). Indeed approaches are ad rem distinguishing perspective development, could made appropriate relatively easily in this era globalization. 3 methodological recommendations, focusing on contemporary within framework integrated regulationist, cultural political economy network theoretical approaches, taking full cognisance structural-institutional, scalar dimensions processes strategies.
