摘要: The purpose of this work was to study whether rat lactating mammary gland can synthesize PUFAs through the expression Δ5 and Δ6 desaturases (Δ5D Δ6D), these enzymes are regulated by transcription factors sterol-regulatory element binding protein 1 (SREBP-1) peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α (PPARα) coactivator γ 1β (PGC-1β), lipid concentration in diet. results showed that on day 12 lactation, ∼35% linoleic acid diet, which is precursor PUFAs, transferred gland. There Δ5D Δ6D gland, it corn oil content higher lower both desaturases. Induction associated positively with similar changes SREBP-1 PGC-1β.
