摘要: Experimental oncology research and preclinical drug development both substantially require specific, clinically relevant in vitro vivo tumor models. The increasing knowledge about the heterogeneity of cancer requested a substantial restructuring test systems for different stages development. To be able to cope with complexity disease, larger panels patient-derived models have implemented extensively characterized. Together individual genetically engineered supported by core functions expression profiling data analysis, an integrated discovery process has been generated predictive personalized
