摘要: : The striatal neurochemical changes induced by pp′DDT (600 mg/kg) in mice were: an increase the concentration of free ammonia, a decrease level GABA and reduction acetylcholine. These were maximal 5 h after treatment with pp′DDT, when animals developed ‘severe’ convulsions. convulsions modified to different degrees barbiturates.
