摘要: Three test systems were used to study enterotoxin production by epidemic strains of Escherichia coli from cases infantile enteritis in well-documented outbreaks the U.K. The tests Y1-mouse-adrenal-cell and Chinese-hamster-ovary-cell (C.H.O.) for detection heat-labile infant-mouse heat-stable enterotoxin. All 6 had been studied using full serotyping techniques results published. In each outbreak epidemiological studies clearly implicated a particular serotype E. Coli as strain cultures that tested production. Although control validated other workers was positive all three systems, negative. It seems this are little value recognising causing epidemics
