摘要: Abstract The use of conductor/ferroelectric/dielectric thin film multilayer structures for frequency and phase agile components at frequencies above the Ku-band will be discussed. Among these are edge coupled filters, microstripline ring resonators, shifters. These were implemented using SrTiO3 (STO) ferroelectric films, with gold or YBa2Cu3O7-δ (YBCO) high temperature superconducting (HTS) microstrip lines deposited by laser ablation on LaAlO3 (LAO) substrates. performance in terms tunability, operating temperature, frequency, dc bias presented.
