摘要: Abstract Polyurethane (PU) based pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) using monofunctional urethane acrylate (MFUA) and difunctional (DFUA) has been cured electron beam (e-beam) irradiation. The effect of varying e-beam doses on the adhesion properties viz. peel adhesion, shear initial tack PSA studied. Effect various crosslinkers methylene diphenyl di-isocynate (MDI), isophorone (IPDI) triallyl isocynurate (TAIC) as well moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) gel content also It was observed that with increasing dose concentration all strength were increased reached a plateau, then decline further concentration. Similarly, MVTR decreased beam.
