摘要: The biocompatibility of medical devices is a requirement many regulatory agencies since, used on the human body, these must do no harm. Therefore, materials that come in contact be evaluated and determined to safe for use with body because while use, substances may leach off device into adjacent tissue. Some leachables are not biologically can harm after or during application. Sensitization studies help determine whether cause adverse local systemic effects exposure. Studies involve sensitization potential most often conducted using extracts test materials. For this, guinea pig maximization (MagnussonKligman method) externally applied surface. Such study has great importance before commercialization product. In present study, an attempt been made assess skin microporous pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape polyurethane (PU) acrylate by electron beam (e-beam) irradiation process.
