摘要: Anthropogenic activities have substantially increased the level of greenhouse gases (GHGs) in the atmosphere and are contributing significantly to global warming. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is one of major GHGs which plays a key role climate change. Various approaches and methodologies under investigation address CO2 capture sequestration worldwide. Carbonic anhydrase (CA) mediated one promising options. Therefore, the present review elaborates recent developments CA, its immobilization bioreactor methodologies towards using CA enzyme. The promises challenges associated with efficient utilization for scale up from flask labscale bioreactor critically discussed. Finally, current also recommends possible future needs directions utilize sequestration.
