摘要: SUMMARY The status of axillary nodes is the most important prognostic factor in breast cancer (BC), and at moment only way to determine this reliably hystologic analysis. Positron emision tomography (PET) has been described as a useful technique for analysis some tumors. Its application must be more thoroughy studied. 100 cases BC have studied by PET with 18 F-fluoro-2-deoxi-D-glucose ( FDG), its concentration was analysed primary tumor, internal mammary well whole body.
