摘要: The main areas for pepper production in Cuba were surveyed during 2006-2010 to determine the molecular diversity of begomoviruses this crop. Six hundred leaf samples with typical symptoms viral diseases collected, and from them, 50 per region randomly selected their evaluation. total DNA extracted each sample was previously tested by conventional PCR using begomovirus universal primers (Palv 1978/PARc496). positive used as a template full-length circular genome amplification Rolling Circle Amplification. amplified products characterized restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (RFLP) enzymes Sac I, BamH Hind III, Cla Kpn Sal Pst I.Begomovirus infection detected 100% evaluated PCR, suggesting presence these viruses all regions country.
