摘要: Plants including pepper, red kidney bean, squash, string bean and tomato, as well weeds with viral symptoms were collected from five districts in Belize over a three year period the aim of determining diversity begomoviruses present. Sixty percent samples screened via DNA hybridization produced signals indicative begomovirus infection. Subsequent PCR amplifications nucleotide sequence analyses revealed presence four Belize. Pepper golden mosaic virus Tomato mottle virus-[Flo] found associated tomato sweet pepper former was also isolated hot pepper. Merremia infecting weed species Euphorbia heterophylla. virus-[Yucatan Peninsula] Euphorbia. This is first report identification
