摘要: Background and Purpose Physiotherapists practicing at clinical placement sites assigned the role as instructors (CIs), are responsible for supervising physiotherapy students. For CIs to model evidence-based practice (EBP) they need EBP competence. The aim of this study was assess short long term impact a six-month multifaceted clinically integrated training program in on knowledge, skills, beliefs behaviour students. Methods We invited 37 participate non-randomized controlled study. Three self-administered questionnaires were used pre- post-intervention, follow-up: 1) Adapted Fresno test (AFT), 2) Belief Scale 3) Implementation Scale. analysis approach linear regression modeling using Generalized Estimating Equations. Results In total, 29 agreed study: 14 intervention group 15 control group. One five lost follow-up. At follow-up, difference statistically significant AFT (mean = 37, 95% CI (15.9 -58.1), p<0.001) Beliefs scale 8.1, (3.1 -13.2), p 0.002), but not 1.8. (-4.5-8.1), 0.574). Comparing measurements over time, we found increase mean scores related all outcome measures only. Conclusions A successful improving skills among CIs. Future studies ensure long-term change, addition assessing CIs’ abilities apply knowledge when
