摘要: The Spectral Eulerian Lagrangian model (SPELL) is a mixed which couples the effects of relative and absolute dispersion, relates both dispersion to wind velocity atmospheric spectra. has been evaluated in case an elevated source using Copenhagen dataset as well ground-level Prairie Grass dataset. test limited convective experiments.
