摘要: In the present histologic study of mandibles five foxhounds, 15 nonsubmerged titanium implants were placed in bone regenerated extended membrane-protected defects during a 6-month healing period. The clinical and radiographic evaluation demonstrated that all achieved functional ankylosis within 3 months following implant placement. Subsequently, eight restored with fixed partial dentures functionally loaded for 6 months, seven left unrestored. At completion study, analysis osseointegration direct bone-to-implant contact implants. Therefore, it can be concluded responds to placement like nonregenerated bone, this is capable bearing sustaining load. comparison unrestored sites no apparent differences concerning remodeling activities. Furthermore, control without atrophy underneath membranes thin cortical layer sparse trabeculae. Thus, also an into stimulated maturation remodeling, whereas loading did not influence model.
