摘要: For more than half a century, migraine was believed to be vascular disorder with the aura attributed cerebral vasoconstriction and ischemia headache dilation inflammation of extracranial arteries. However, there is mounting evidence that cortical spreading depression mechanism underlying (neurogenic) important vasodilation in headache. This chapter focuses on experimental models related putative mechanisms neurogenic (Tab. 1).
