Hodgkin's disease presenting as a cholestatic febrile illness: incidence and main characteristics in a series of 421 patients.

摘要: In order to determine the frequency and characteristics of patients with liver abnormalities as presenting manifestation Hodgkin's disease (HD), 421 consecutive HD were studied. Six in series (1.4%) presented that led a biopsy subsequent diagnosis HD. All had fever prior diagnosis, four frank jaundice, one hepatic failure. No patient pruritus. Moderate hepatomegaly was present patients. Cholestasis observed all cases; most moderate increase transaminase activity also seen. Two mild rise serum LDH, leukopenia, eosinophilia.
