摘要: Increased investment in ethics education has prompted a variety of instructional objectives and frameworks. Yet, no systematic procedure to classify these varying approaches been attempted. In the present study, quantitative clustering was conducted derive typology instruction education. total, 330 training programs were included cluster analysis. The appraised with respect four categories including content, processes, delivery methods, activities. Eight identified through this procedure, showed different levels effectiveness. Instructional effectiveness assessed based on one nine commonly used criteria. With specific types, Professional Decision Processes Training (d = 0.50) Field-Specific Compliance (d = 0.46) appear be viable Cohen's d effect size estimates. By contrast, two approaches, General Discussion (d = 0.31) Norm Adherence (d = 0.37), found considerably less effective. implications for are discussed.
