摘要: This paper presents evidence for the existence in extracts from porcine non-antral gastric tissue of a peptide capable causing substantial rises plasma immunoreactive gastrin levels dose dependent manner and stimulation acid pepsin secretion. Obtained data show that is basic its releasing properties are at least partially resistant to atropinisation beta-receptor blockade. Antrectomy almost eliminates rise IRGa when administered.
