摘要: The FT-IR/FT-FIR spectra of powders Nd{sub 2-x}Ce{sub x}CuO{sub 4} solid solutions (x{le}0.25) and RBa{sub 2}Cu{sub 3}O{sub 7-y} (y = 0.2-0.3) with R Y, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, have been recorded at room temperature. A comparison the published single crystal IR data is made. An empirical assignment observed bands proposed on basis factor group analysis a discussion internal vibrational structure CuO{sub x} structures given.
