摘要: Zn1−xMnxO alloys, with different Mn concentrations, were prepared by the hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction and electron paramagnetic resonance spectra demonstrate that Zn2+ ions are homogeneously substituted Mn2+ without changing ZnO wurtzite structure. The x = 0.02 0.04 samples paramagnetic. When concentrations increased to 0.08 0.10, exhibit some ferromagnetism due a secondary phase, (Zn,Mn)Mn2O4.
