摘要: Abstract With the aim of proposing recommendations on how to use social and territorial specificities as levers for wider achievement climate energy targets at local level, this research analyses territories sociotechnical systems. Defining territory a system allows us underline interrelations between space, society. Groups municipalities in region can be identified with respect their potential production renewable by means well-known data-mining approaches. Similar linking together share ideas promote collaborations, supporting clever planning transition towards new system. The methodology is applied South Tyrol case study (Italy). Results show eight different spatially-based systems within coherent cultural institutional context Tyrol. In particular, paper observes terms (1) source preferences semi-urban rural contexts; (2) links other planning, management, policy needs; (3) socio-demographic individuals families; (4) presence kinds stakeholders or (5) socio-spatial organizations based land cover. Each has its own potentialities, including spatial dimensions, that address more balanced, inclusive, equal, accelerated translocal scale.
