摘要: Although uncommon, pregnancy occurs in women on chronic dialysis. In 1980 the incidence of dialysis was 0.9%. Studies from 1992 to 2003 indicate that occurred 1-7% Half infants born survive. Of importance is "intensive dialysis" 16-24 hr/week associated with improved infant survival. this article, incidence, duration, fetal and maternal complications, outcomes are reviewed. The management anemia, hypertension, electrolytes, bone minerals, acid-base parameters pregnant patient also summarized. Recommendations regarding prescription for woman hemodialysis (HD) or peritoneal (PD) made. complex precarious condition requires close collaboration between patient, nephrologist, staff, obstetrician, neonatologist maximize chance a successful pregnancy.
