摘要: In this report, the outcome, diagnosis, management, and complications of pregnancy in dialysis patients are discussed. The advantages disadvantages to use peritoneal hemodialysis changes regimen used pregnant women addressed. Maternal complications, particularly hypertension anemia, reviewed. This report looks at approach management anemia calcium/phosphorus metabolism setting limited information. also discusses outcome for mother fetus, including problem prematurity fetal loss. Special considerations with lupus diabetes noted. Pregnancy remains a high-risk undertaking both patient infant. There large gaps our knowledge base regarding effect abnormalities associated renal failure on pregnancy. survival infant safety depend close cooperation among all specialities involved, nurses, doctors, nutritionists, social workers from nephrology, perinatology, neonatology.
