摘要: The frequency of pregnancy in women on dialysis is extremely low, but the percentage successful pregnancies this context has increased over years, with some studies placing survival rate above 70%. These are not exempt from both maternal and foetal complications, so their management requires joint efforts nephrologists, gynaecologists, nurses, nutritionists. Currently, we have been unable to establish consistent systematic treatment nephrological gynaecological specialists these patients. main changes that need be made are: time dialysis, maintaining low levels pre-dialysis urea, avoiding: hypertension hypotension, anaemia, urinary tract infections, fluctuations electrolytes. Adequate monitoring also necessary.
