摘要: The duty to give reasons is generally thought of as an indispensable procedural guarantee that offered citizens in all modern European administrative law systems. comparative analysis carried out this article, however, reveals important differences continue exist between the way which various legal systems within Europe conceive duty. article furthermore argues has role play furtherance transparency and accountability principles good governance. However, it also its limitations instrument for keeping administration accountable. Up until today, primarily a role relationship those individuals are subject specic (mostly individual) decisions.
