摘要: In a previous paper (C. Andre et al., submitted to J. Chromatogr. B) mathematical model based on the Langmuir theory was developed visualize competition effect between testosterone and deshydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) for their identical human serum albumin (HSA) binding cavity. this work, thermodynamic mechanisms of (i) two hormones, DHEA HSA (ii) displacement its cavity by studied biochromatography. The Na+ cation used as physico-chemical marker these processes clearly described. Gibbs free energy value (DeltaGo ) equilibrium always negative demonstrating that well displaced data also showed enthalpically controlled. Moreover, (Mg2+) concentration (x') analyzed. It appeared old men with deficit testosterone, Mg(2+) supplementation during treatment can increased biological effect. All results must be confirmed in vivo test.
