摘要: The purpose of the present work was to investigate infrared (IR) spectrum shark enameloid, especially with regard hydroxide and carbonate bands. With thin sections placed directly in IR beam it possible get high concentrations ions without interfering effects from a dispersion medium (e.g., alkali halides). For comparison, spectra dentin geo-apatite were also recorded. In enameloid strong absorption bands found around 3535 cm−1, weak shoulders observed at about 3570 cm−1. Hydroxide libration 740 cm−1 spectra; latter, band 680 Carbonate 1480 (weak shoulder), 1453, 1423, 868 there 1452, 1417, 875 probably 1530 overlapped by an amide II band. Weak 1452 1425 880 relative intensities 1453 (contributed A B sites) 1420 (B changed dentin, geo-apatite. More sites seem be occupied than supposedly owing fluoride occupation enameloid. are hydrogen bonded fluoride. Both rich, seems have highest concentration. There are, however, indications that concentration is higher This can explained much content, partly water content which carbonate, but proportion greater difference preference when very low. On other hand, for amounts such as we preferred.
