摘要: Uterine cervix cancer is the second most common female and third cause of mortality. The disease spreads into surrounding tissues by direct infiltration, whereas, spread hematogenous dis- semination relatively unusual involvement oral maxillofacial region extremely rare in gynecological cancer. A 72-year-old Chinese woman was referred to our dental clinic with a 4-month history painful gradually expanding swelling cavity associated severe limitation mouth opening. submucosa fibro-elastic normal mucosal covering on left side soft palate that extended up palatoglossal arch, measuring 2.5 cm maximum diameter. Fine needle aspiration cytology performed nodule cytological diagnosis consistent undifferentiated carcinoma. An incisional biopsy carcinoma primary unspecified location made. patient's son reported his mother had been experiencing return her "menstrual cycle" so we gynecologist who detected lesion uteri, big- ger than one cavity. Both lesions same histological immunohistochemical profile prompting us report this case as uteri metastasized Unfortunately, patient died 24 months after initial metastasis. received sessions radiotherapy exclusively both lesions. review literature showed metastasis from uterine rare, indicating poor prognosis correlation clinical medical history, laboratory, imagenological, cytological, histopathological exams are essential for achievement precise diagnosis.
